In the center of the windshield wiper blade is a small locking tab. This tab is what secures the windshield wiper blade to the windshield wiper arm. You will lift up on this locking tab to release the wiper blade from the windshield wiper arm. Once the windshield wiper blade is released from the windshield wiper arm the windshield wiper blade will slide off of the windshield wiper arm and the new windshield wiper blade can be installed onto the windshield wiper arm.
Lift up on the windshield wiper until the wiper arm locks in the upright position. Locate the locking tab in the center of the wiper blade.
Lift up on the locking tab with your finger and pull the windshield wiper blade upward off of the wiper arm. Do this for both of the wiper blades.
Place the new windshield wiper blade onto the windshield wiper arm. Slide the new windshield wiper blade downward until the new windshield wiper blade snaps into place on the windshield wiper arm.
