The Silverado trim level was the more upscale of the trim levels offered on the 1998 Chevrolet 1500 C and K pickups. Your Silverado has two fuse panels -- the instrument panel fuse block and the underhood fuse and relay center.
Find the instrument panel fuse block behind an access door in the driver-side end of the dashboard. The underhood fuse and relay center is in the engine compartment, on the fender near the brake fluid reservoir.
