How to Rotate Tires on a Dodge 2500 Truck

Tire rotation involves changing the mounting location of each tire on your vehicle. The front tires carry about 60 percent of a vehicle's weight. They also account for about 80 percent of the braking power. The front tires should be rotated to the rear every 5,000 to 6,000 miles. Depending on the type of wheels and/or the type of vehicle, your rotation pattern may vary. The Dodge Ram 2500 uses a forward-cross rotation pattern.
