The material used to manufacture this reproductionwing is an ABS-based thermoplastic (a proprietary blend), which ismolded in gray (as the originals were). It's not fiberglass. No originalMopar wings were ever made of fiberglass. This two-piece wing derivesits rigid stability from the material itself, instead of a secondarysupport such as a metal rod or foam. All the specifications are correct:thickness, taper, length, height, crown, and weight of the wing are "asfactory." The wing is painted in black primer, but can be supplied incorrect, original, black suede Organsol-Black finish. The pedestals aremade of hollow zinc die-cast construction, and the underside bracketsare powdercoated black.
