2011 Ford F-250 Lift Kit - Superior Super Duty

The Super Duty pickups from Ford are good-looking and capable rigs straight from the factory. But some guys (like us) don't like the stock stance and boring looks of a stock truck and no one wants to lose performance from a lift and tire upgrade. To help with this predicament, a suspension lift is a great bolt-on that makes your truck look better and increases your truck's capability. Add to that an intake and exhaust upgrade and you've just recouped the performance lost to the taller lift and larger tires. Another benefit of the suspension lift and larger diameter wheels and tires is added off-road capability, stability when towing, and a bird's eye view of oncoming traffic. Overall, a suspension and wheel and tire upgrade with an aftermarket intake and exhaust are great investments for your vehicle.   |   ford Superduty Icon Lift Kit before Stock We were able to provide an upgrade to the ride height and increase the performance of an '11 F-250 by adding a 7-inch Icon lift kit, 37x12.50-inch Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires on 20x10-inch BMF Novakane wheels, a Volant intake system, and an MBRP after-cat exhaust kit. These are all items that fit the truck perfectly without any fabricating. Once we received the parts, we drove the truck to Dan Estrada, of Outlaw Offroad in Santa Ana, California, to have the parts installed. Outlaw Offroad is well known in Southern California for building mild to wild lifted trucks and being a one-stop-shop for truck accessories. Follow along to see how easy it was to make this truck look, sound, and perform better than factory. Highs:

The new Icon lift kit makes the truck ride about three inches higher than stock and the new wheels and tires add about another six inches, which is a staggering 10 inches of added height. The ride is great with the upgraded shocks and larger diameter springs. The Trail Grappler tires are a perfect choice for someone looking for a tire that is great on and off-road, providing traction for all weather. There will always be a loss of horsepower and MPG when you lift a truck and install larger wheels and tires, however, the Volant intake and MBRP after-cat exhaust kit overcame the loss in performance. Not only does the intake and exhaust upgrade add performance, they both sound great. Overall, these bolt-ons are well worth the time and money invested.
