Face Off, Part II: 07+ GM Front Clip Swap

2006 Gmc Sierra Face Off Part 2 raditator   |   2006 Gmc Sierra Face Off Part 2 raditator Last month we showed you the first steps needed to transform a ’99-’06 GM truck into a late-model ’07-and-newer Sierra by purchasing the necessary parts from LMC Truck. We left off with the old and new fenders welded together seamlessly and fitting like a glove, however the rest of the front end wasn’t assembled. This month, the hood, grille shell, headlights, bumper, and wiper cowl get dialed in and ready for the paint booth. To recap, we took a perfectly good former cover truck, ordered a whole new front end clip from LMC Truck, and delivered the truck and parts to Lucky Luciano Custom Paint in Phoenix, for a fresh makeover. If your last-gen GM truck needs a new look, a front end swap is a great way to revitalize your daily driver or show truck.

We'll end here for this month's installation, but be on the lookout for this very truck on the cover soon. There is no doubt you'll be impressed with the new look and new paintjob.
