Performance 6.4L Exhaust Upgrade - 6.4l up pipes
If you’ve modified your ’08 to ’10 6.4L Power Stroke’s fuel system, injectors, and turbos, you may be due for an exhaust manifold and up-pipe upgrade. Elite Diesel Engineering offers 6.0L Power Stroke manifolds and custom up-pipes (sold together, or separately). The 6.0L manifolds rule out the blown up-pipe scenarios 6.4Ls commonly face due to excessive heat and drive pressure. Elite’s custom 6.4l up pipes feature heavy-duty expansion bellows, and a secondary wastegate can be added for increased drive pressure relief.

Ultimate Tuning Tool
AEM has released its four-channel, wideband, UEGO Controller. The controller allows end users to monitor individual cylinder pressures, air-fuel ratios, and exhaust gas temperature—all pre-turbo. According to AEM, it’s a must for anyone using a data logger to monitor or tune their engine for increased performance and reliability. The controller can monitor up to eight individual cylinders (with two units) and comes with laboratory-calibrated Bosch sensors and a complete wiring harness.

Dual-Disc 6.0L Clutch
Centerforce offers 13-inch dual-friction disc clutches for ’03 to ’06 Ford Super Dutys equipped with ZF-6 manual transmissions. The dual-friction pressure plate features its patented centrifugal weight system, and it benefits from a trade secret machining process. Compact Wastegate
Turbosmart has redesigned its 45mm Hyper-Gate45 with minimum size and maximum flow in mind. Its new wastegate is both lighter and smaller than the previous model and now features a locking collar design for reduced size and quicker spring changes.
