Weiand announces the Weiand 142 intake manifolds for small-block Chevy engines. With the Vortec L31 cylinder heads, these blowers use a new CNC-machined two-lobe rotor design. It provides a flat torque curve resulting in more average power under the curve. The Weiand 142 produces 3-5 pounds of boost and can be adjusted up to 12 pounds of boost with a pulley change.
