Gem Tops Flush Tonneau
We all know that installing a tonneau cover on our truck gives us security, better gas mileage, and some style. So how do you decide which one is for you? We wanted something tough that wasn’t big and bulky and was easy to install with minimal damage to the truck. We went with Gem Top’s GT Classic because it’s a flush-mount design with a steel top layer so it’s pretty tough. The quick-release hinge system allows us to remove it with nothing more than a small flat-head to pop the gas strut clips, and best of all it’s available in almost all factory colors. Our factory color is a black sand metallic, which is usually not an easy color to match.
The installation was a snap and only took about 15 minutes. One other nice feature is the lock. Once you turn the key, you can’t open the tailgate, which is great because we don’t want anybody messing with the nitrous bottle we’re putting in.
