Auto Insurance Claims: my son stole my car, comprehensive insurance, insurance

Question
my son stolen my car and wrecked it i  have no ideal what happen or were i have libiely insurance  on my car but my son is no were to be found for question what do i do

Answer
If you have comprehensive insurance on your car, you should file a claim. Assuming you did not give your son permission to operate your car when it was wrecked, and you notified police of the theft. If you have neither collision or comprehensive coverage on your car, you would be out of luck in getting it repaired. However, you would not be liable for any damage he caused to another person's property, again, assuming you reported the car stolen.
