Auto Insurance Claims: 5 month old car, car replacement, 5 months

my car was totaled at less than 5000 miles and 5 months old/ does the insurance company pay for a new car. there were no loans.

Hello,

I am not the person to be asking because all carriers and policies are different. Allstate and Liberty Mutual claim new car replacement, but I don't know if there is a separate endorsement where you pay more for your policy.

You need to ask your agent.
