Auto Insurance Claims: Car Accident with special damages, special damages, insurance question

As we were leaving the parking lot from our wedding ceremony our car was hit and totaled by another driver. We were several hours late for our reception and are wondering if there are special damages we can file for.

This is not really an insurance question as much as it is a legal question. The answer will be different in each state.

You would be better off to ask this question of an attorney that is licensed to practice law in your state. This will give you a much more reliable answer.
