Auto Insurance Claims: injury, sciatic nerve, pain in lower back

Question
I was hit by a car at work in Ga. I was taking a order out and hit on my right side and knocked on the corner of the curb on my left side. I got up and told the lady I was going to take my skates off. The ladys thought i was ok and left. I went to the doctor and they did not take x-rays. I went back to work a week later. The lady came back to get food while i wasnt there and she was mad that they asked for her information.  She left with no information. There was never a police report done. Her insurance company called the next day and interviewed me on the phone. Im still having some pain in lower back with my sciatic nerve and numbness a couple times in my right pinky. My manager told the adjuster that I cant perform my usual duties at work like truck put up or skating which is required of me.The incident is on tape. The adjuster wants the video tape. My questions are as followed:
who is at fault?
Where the lady hit me was these yellowed crossed lines , is that considered a crosswalk?
Do I need a lawyer?
Do i need to go to the doctor again?

Answer
Hi April,

Yes. The lady driving the car is at fault. You should see a doctor if you feel you need one. Only a doctor can document what injuries you have and the cause. You should seek the advise of an attorney. It may not be a good idea to show the insurance company the video until you speak to an attorney and show the video to the attorney. Then the attorney can advise you is you should send it to the insurance company.

I hope this helps
