Auto Insurance Claims: Auto Theft/Total Burn, 2002 infiniti g20, infiniti g20

My 2002 Infiniti G20 was stolen from outside of night club, and at first when I came out I thought maybe it had been towed.  The next morning I called the police to see if they had it in the pound and they told me NO I needed to come down and make a report.  When I got down there after leaving work early I was told that they did have it in the pound, it was found totally burned, so I made the report.  I made the claim on 11/12 and only am now hearing something from someone in SIU who wants to do another phone interview.  I need to ask how to handle this because this is my first time filing a claim and just from the fact that it went to SIU means they think I had something to do with it.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Also my insurance company is USAA.  Also I have called this guy twice and he has yet to call me back.  On the 12th of this month will be 30days and my rental has to go back on the 16th.
