Auto Insurance Claims: insurance release forms, auto insurance company, medical compensation

Question
Is there an insurance release form that agrees to pay medical bills, from the date of the auto accident until up to at least one year later?  Or must an accident victim sign away rights to future medical compensation in order for the insurance company to pay medical bills occurring soon after the auto accident?

Answer
Hi Carol,

No auto insurance company pays medical bills as they are incurred. There will be a one time lump sum settlemnt after all of your treatment is completed. The amount agreed to will only be paid in exchange for a signed release form that completely discharges any and all claims from the accident.

I hope this helps
