Are you saying that you have to sign a medical release for things even prior to accident date?

The insurance company ig going to look into your past medical conditions to see if any of the claims you are making are related to any prior conditions. So yes, they will be trying to obtain your entire medical history to see if there is anything they can use against you.

If you have further questions about this or if you do not want to let them pry into your past, you shgould consult with an attorney.
