I was in a wreck which was the other driver fault. he omitted to fault at the time of accident. police was called the scence but no police report was taken bt did tell police that he ran red lght and ran into my car. now that the cliam has been put in to his insurance company he is changing his story even though he admited to the police and there was witness which I got name and numbers from. I would like to know how do I handle my dr bills and time off work from his insurance company if claim is decline which it as not as of yet. I never exchange info with him he just gave me all his info.

You have to make a claim with his insurance company. Depending no how clear the witness are and how clear the accident is, you may want to also contact your own insurance company. He might make a claim against you, so you need to put the on notice. You have something call (duty to report losses) and if you do fail to do so, you might not have coverage.

Both insurance companies will do an investigation and determine fault. If they can't agree, they will probably go to arbitration. To learn more about arbitration, please see:
