Auto Insurance Claims: post con. syndrome, post con. syndrome

Hi i have recently been involved  in a car accident and have went to the
emergency room and doctor about 5 time i have had a little shoulder pain
also have had a little neck pain however the doctor found  nothing that was
wrong with my neck or shoulder just a little whip lash. I ALSO SUFFERED A
CONCUSSION. I was then diagnosed with post concussing syndrome. I am
now thinking about settling the case the insurance company offered me 1000
dollars.  I was wonder is this fair and if not what is a fair amount to settle for?

Well, it is very hard to assess someone's damages and pain and suffering without all the the facts (medical records) and more detail about your state, prior medical condition, age, profession, loss wages, etc. There are simply too many variables that can affect your settlement that it is very hard to help you.
