Auto Insurance Claims: Another Drive Caused Me to hit another car, nussbaum, esquire

As I approached an intersection where the light was green a car coming from the opposite direction turned in front of me.  I swerved to miss him but hit another vehicle that was waiting for the light to turn red. I don't think anyone was issued a violation but all three drivers are required to appear in court.  Assuming my story is corroborated (I think it will be by the woman I hit) is the driver who turned in front of me 100% liable?

Whether the other driver is 100% at fault depends upon a finding of whether your actions to avoid the other car were reasonable and whether you were negligent in attempting to avoid the other car. It sounds like most if not all the fault will lay with the other car doing the turn but I cant say for certain.
