Auto Insurance Claims: Car accident in PA, nature of damages, subaru impreza

We were T bone by a lady in Johnstown pa. She did not stop entering from a alley in pa the law states you stop when entering a street from a alley no matter if has a stop sign or not and she admitted she was at fault and doing 15 to 20 mile and hr.Plus a witness said the same.Our car is a 2011 subaru impreza with about 17000 miles on it. Can i get what they call diminished value after the cars fixed. I think i will lose close to 33% in resale or trade value on the car.Or can you give advice on what to do. Or how to proceed in getting what i lost.Her insurance says we accepted liability for this loss.Or how i can find out the laws on this in PA.Thanks
