My car was hit on the parking lot belongs to CVS.What funny -parking was empty-8a.m.I was in the CVS only 20 minutes. When I came - i still shok.My car was hit on the right side.MY insurance company tray foolish my.Police came only after my 3 call.They don't want search who hit my car.

I'm not sure what your question is but I will do my best.

If there are no witnesses to the accident the police have no way to find who hit your car. The store is not responsible when your car is damaged in your parking lot.

The only thing you can do is to file a claim with your own insurance comapny who will pay for the damage less your deductible.
