QuestionI was driving my friend's car with her permission with her in the car as a passenger. We got hit (oper $750 and Injury) and CHP made a report and the other party is at fault.
1 - Should I file SR1 as driver?
2 - Should my friend file SR1 as car owner and involved in accident?
3 - If we both file, should each of us put our insurance in each form? May this confuse DMV that we are filing two with two different insurances?
