Auto Insurance Claims: Neighbors pet run over, vet bill, company decisions

I ran over my neighbors pet dog. The dog survived. The vet bill was over $500.00. I have Liability and Medical only. Will my insurance company help with vet bill?

Decisions regarding your liability can't be made until there is a report and investigation by your insurance company.
