Answer
Hi Tina,

Dr. Settlement is a wizard at insurance claim settlements, but I know next to nothing about network connections.  Hence, you will need to search elsewhere on this website to find a computer expert.

What little I do know is limited to Windows XP, not the Vista.  But just to save you some time, I looked up your problem, and found the following suggestions.

#1. How to Remove Old Network Connections in Windows Vista

Windows Vista takes some of the best features of Windows XP and expands on them. Internet connectivity, for example, is much easier to set up and manage in Windows Vista. For some it's as simple as plugging in the network cable and activating Internet Explorer. But if you want to have control over your network connectivity it is also possible to remove old network connections whenever you need.

Use the "Manage Wireless Networks" command on the left side of the Network and Sharing Center. When you click it, you will see all pre-configured wireless network connections you have previously set up. Select a network, then Right Click and choose "Properties" to determine which connection you want to delete.

Well, Tina, if those are any help for giving you a place to start, then please go to the feedback forum on this website and leave some feedback for me for at least taking a shot at something outside of my area.

Best wishes,
