Auto Insurance Claims: totaled my leased car with no insurance, leasing company, co signer

last night i totaled my leased car with no insurance...

I realized that the car is my responsibility but what are the next steps i should take...

and

I had a co-signer on the car and what can i do to make it my problem and not hers...

Hi Chris,

You will need to contact the leasing company to inform them of what happened and to make payment arrangements. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about the co-signer. She is equally responsible for the payments. If you do not pay as agreed they will pursue her for payment.
