Auto Insurance Claims: HELP, question pool, lease finance

I would love to hear your response regarding my issue with this company that takes over lease finance payments in dallas. I have had issues on payments being made late and not hearing from the owner and I want to call my insurance company and claim it stolen by fraud . Will this be covered by my insurance? Thanks

Hi Brian-

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem.  I have not had any experience in this so I sent your question to the question pool for other experts to look at they may know better.  

I did search exclusions to theft in the Farmers policy and I see an exclusion for someone entrusted to sell or lease your vehicle. I'm not sure if that is what he was going to do with it.  My best guess is that it won't be covered but it wouldn't hurt to try.
