Auto Insurance Claims: claiming accident with sold car?!!!, repair estimate, towing company

i had accident where five cars were involved. we where waiting for green light and some guy stroke car behind me,that car stroke me, i stroke car in front me and that car stoke car in front it...there was one private towing company and they conviced me and my friend to sell my car to them because car can't be repaired, i didn't have where to take  car, i didnt want to pay for parking that car to some junk yard, i didnt know anything about how to handle that situation... now i have two bad night pictures of my car after accident (guy from towing copmany made them and printed them for me, he has picture printer in his truck!!!
Is there a way to get something now? I bet you didnt have stupid person like me in your experience? it happens.... only to me...

HI ACA,

You can make a claim to the insurance company of the person who started the chain reaction. However they will have to be able to see the vehicle in order to take their own pictures and write a repair estimate.
