Auto Insurance Claims: Question about police report., witness statement, report thanks

Question
Thanks Bennie. Since there is a limit on follow-ups, I have to start a new question here.

My question is, what if there is no any statements of other drivers taken from the accident site in the police report to support its conclusion? Actually that is first and biggest doubt about the whole process. In the statement, no witness statement, no evidence at all. Instead, there have been some strange things, such as the adjustments they did and police officer lying about questioning everybody. After receiving my dispute letter, I was told that is just a personal opinion and insurance company will usually do their own investigation.

Is that the way the police and insurance company manipulate at their wills on this kind of cases?  Is there any place I could appeal? Thanks.

Bin

Hi Bin,
The decision was made on the basis of the police report.  The statements taken at the scene of the accident of each of the other drivers should be contained in that report.
The insurance company's records are confidential and will not be released to you.
I can understand that you desire to be absolved of fault in this accident, but based on all the information you have provided, I see no way that is going to happen.
Sincerely,
Bennie

Answer
Hi Bin,
As I stated, I appreciate your desire to absolve yourself of fault in this accident.
I can assure you that there was no collusion between the police and insurance companies.
Your insurance company is not going to pay out money if they can find any basis to avoid doing so.
Perhaps they had more information available to them to make this decision than you are finding in the police report.
They are not going to open their records for you to review, and based on your previous statements, they are no longer willing to discuss this issue.
You seem to be fixated on this issue and unwilling to let go.
Unless you are willing to secure an Attorney and spend many thousands of dollars (and still have the odds that you will make no progress), it's time to drop this issue and move on with your life.
Sincerely,
Bennie
