Auto body repair & detailing: Front end damage to Honda Accord, blue book value, honda accord

Question
My son rear ended someone in his 1994 Honda Accord.  He hit hard enough that front end pushed back the radiator and it is busted.  The bumper is gone and the front end is all pushed back, but is not touching the engine.

Are we looking at a repair that is worth more than the value of the car?

Answer
Yes and No. There are aftermarket parts available for your
car that will make the repair bill less expensive. If there
is no damage to the drive train I would repair the car but
condition and mileage are a factor. Check the blue book value on your make and model.
