I want to get an auto insurance for me and my wife.  But the car belongs to my brother.  It is registered in the namy of my brother.  Can I insure the car under my name?  Here is malden, MA.  Please answer me ASAP.  I desperately need your help.

The best way to determine if you can do this is to contact some insurance agents. Tell them the situation and they will tell you what the procedure is, how much it will cost and if your brother will also need to be on the policy.
