Auto Insurance Claims: re: Pain & Suffering settlement, insurance co, extent

The opposing insurance Co called me and asked me if they can meet with me on a pain & suffering issue. They said they would talk to me and write me a small check. I would than have to sign a pain & suffering waiver.

HI Joe,

You really did not ask a question, however, This is a usual practice. Depending on the extent of your injuries, you need to decide if the amount being offered seems fair. If you do not think it is fair, do not sign the release form and do not accept the check.
