I had cosigned my sister to buy a car.  She got into the car accidents.  she was driving only 10mph, however the other car passenger now suing us for back surgery, lost of income in total amoutn of 450,000 plus future lost of income.  They have refused to settle with my auto insurance policy at $100,000.  They are now suing me for my asset.  I work, have a house and business.

My question is if I lost my case, what is my worst scenario, what asset will I lost?
