QuestionI need to retain an expert's help win my claim against State Farm for my 645 BMW being stolen from my driveway. I have cooperated with them for a year and it looks like they are trying to claim fraud. The vehicle was burned and I had both sets of keys. I gave State Farm income tax returns, vehicle payment history, bank statements and submitted to a deposition. State has retained ARC Forensic Experts. I have not seen the report. I believe I am being set-up.

Arc forensics--Herbie Miller who is about 75 years old. I have always prevailed against him. In my opinion he is a pretty weak expert when it comes to forensics. Your car is burned. If car is a total burn, there is no possible way he can make an opinion that can hold up as to being key operated and prove it. He has tried this many times and has failed when I oppose him.
He makes opinions that support the insurance companies but when forced on basis, he loses, we win.
You are not the only one being attacked. Happens all the time and no matter what, I suggest you do not try to prove your innocence. Bottom line, its a scam to get out of paying the claim.
