Auto Insurance Claims: Loss of my car and denied by my insurance and his insurance will not let me file a claim, speed ometer, downpayment

On March 2011 I let my boyfriend at the time use my suv to dj at a party.Cause all his equipment didnt fix in his car.He was licensed and he also insured he not listed on my policy.Well he had been drinking and my sister husband asked him to take his friend home it been raining that night on and off also my speed ometer was broke too! That night when he was taking home my sister husband friend he loss control and my suv flip into the ditch and total my car it a lose every since then I been renting out of pocket. My insurance company denied my claim because at the time me and him was living together.And I try to file on with his company they refuse me because they told me they only covering his car on the policy only. I tried finding me a lawyer no one wants my case because I wasnt jnjury. I was at work at time of the accident. I need help what can I do. I just want my downpayment whereI can get me another car that all.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. Since your boyfriend lived with you, he is required to be on your policy. Since he was not on your policy there is no coverage. Your boyfriends insurance will not cover your car so again there is no coverage.

The only thing you can do is to sue your boyfriend. But if he does not have any money there is nothing for you to get but a judgement. This is an expensive lesson.
