Auto Insurance Claims: Insurance settlement, Insurance settlement

Question
I was in a wreck the at fault driver only has a 30/60 policey and their are a total of 3 claimants.
2 are represented and I am not. When i submitted my claim the adjuster told me that they were giving their globale limits of $60,000 with no one person receiving more than $30,000. They said that I must contact the other claimants or their attorneys to diside how to disrubite the $60,000.

There is enough to pay every ones medical and a few specials to all but one claimant so I dont understand why the adjuster will not divide the $60,000.
Claimant 1 medical bills are $18,000
Claimant 2 medical bills are $5,000
Claimant 3 medical bills are $31,000

I have spoken to the attorneys briefly but both have said they have no wishes to deal with me because I am not represented.I have suggested to both that $ 30,000 be divided between claimant's 1 and 2 and the other go to claimant 3. My question is what happens if an agreement is not reached by all parties before the statue of limitations? Also since the insurance has offered the policy limits can any of the parties file a claim against them and can they squeeze me out some how?

Answer
Hello Shelly,

This is a very detailed question and the answer really depends on your state law. You really need to talk to a lawyer. A local attorney will be able to help you with the proper distribution. This is not a common / easy claim. You are at a substantial disadvantage as you don't have lawyer.

Contact one as soon as you can.

Thank you.
