Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: heater, auto electrician, fan speed

I have an 04 pacifica the heater stop working but the speed stays on high ,heat or ac one speed unless I take the fuse out under the hood , what makes it run on high all the time I can adjust the temp ,just runs on high the fan speed

If it runs all the time even when it should be off I would suggest taking it to an auto electrician.
If it is switching on and off just running flat out regardless of which setting it is on,
Investigate the fan resistor, located near the fan box.
