I have low speeds 1&2 but not high 3&4. Where do I go now?

You have two types of resistor. If one of the fails then only fan speed 4 will work. This is because it controls the voltage to the fan motor. On fan speed 4 the resistor/ rheostat is bypassed to a relay.
The other type is the one you need, we do call them blower resistors in the UK but I amnot sure what you identify them as in the US
