Answer
We are a UK company so have no specialised knowledge of your vehicle however.

If the heating and a/c were isolated, try the following
Has the system got gas, without it the a/c high pressure switch won't activate and send 12 volts to the compressor.
The blower fan is controlled by a rheostat. Typically this will regulate the fan speed by adding 3-6-9- and then 12 volts to the speed as you turn the blower control

If the rheostat is at fault then it should work on maximum blower as it by-passes the rheostat
If there is no action at all disconnect the power to the fan and connect up a 12 volt battery supply. We would use a Power Probe for this but any 12 volt lead will do it.
If nothing happens then your fan motor has gone.

These two tests will eliminate the a/c and heating from the problem.
It does sound a little more serious than that. A main dealer diagnostic may help further.
It sounds like some kind of management issue that would show up on a diagnostic, wet electrics for example can throw everything out.

Sorry we can't be of more help
