Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: A/C Blows cold but not hard, chevy silverado, freeon

Question
I have read through your forum in hopes to locate an answer to my dilemma. I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado. The A/C is blowing cold but not hard. The blower is working fine. The coolant (freeon) has been checked and is within tolerance. I was told that it could be that the condenser is plugged with dirt. So with that I was going to clean the condenser out but I cannot locate where it is. I was told that it was under the dashboard somewhere. I'm okay with that but where exactly?
Can you guys please help?

Answer
HI Jerry

You can remove the blower motor located under the glove compartment.  If you remove it you can clean the evaporator not the condenser.  Just spray water into the compartment and you will clean the evaporator.  DO NOT CLEAN WITH A BRUSH OR ANY OTHER DETERGENTS.
