ANSWER: Hi Dave has anyone worked on your evaporator and if so did it work properly and just now started with the problem.  Let me know.

QUESTION: NO   Know one worked on any thing be for it started sticking.  we parked on a steep hill with the front pointed up hill over night. the next morning it didn't work right . I thought something had fallen it from the ducting, spent hours taking it apart and found nothing except the sticking secondary flap.

Answer
I can not recall ever having this problem. I would start by either checking the actuator on the sticking flap or if it is cable driven check and make sure it is aligned properly.  Most of them are actuator driven.  On that secondary door you should have a long metal link attached to a lever that has a spring.  Make sure that all parts are there and in place.  Sometimes the lever breaks and the spring comes off.  Check that and let me know.  If you want to call me I may be able to guide you 305-468-8387.
