Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1996 Cadillac Deville Concours evaporator, vehicle speed sensors, cadillac deville concours

Question
I need to replace a leaking evaporator on a 96 Cad. Deville Concours.  I have 5 years professional experience.  Does the whole dash need to come out for this or just the stuff underneath the dash on the passenger side?  Any tips you may have are appreciated.

Thanks for your help.
