My a/c is only blowing out of the front defroster in my 2002 ford taurus, it takes alot longer to cool down the car. Is there a hose that makes it blow out the front blowers

Under your dash, there is a series of ducting and doors that open and close depending upon where you set the control panel. Some vehicles use a vaccuum control manifold, a series of vaccum lines, and the door actuators themselves to open and close the appropriate doors. Other vehicles use an electronic control logic that receives signals from your control head and sends those signals to motors that open and close the door actuators. I am not certain which system your Taurus uses. Either way though, it is a fairly in depth repair that involves, in most cases, taking your dash panel apart.
I would highly recommend taking your car to a reputable repair shop, or even, dare I say it, the dealer, *shiver* who have the diagnostic tools to correctly identify and repair this issue.
