Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 1998 Chevy S-10 air condit. recharge, safety relay, refrigerant

How do i bypass the safety relay and get the clutch to kick on the air condit. compresser so i can add  a can of refrigerant manually

I DON`T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WANT TO BYPASS THE SWITCH.YOU MAY HAVE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE BECAUSE THE COMPRESSOR SHOULD ENGAGE WHEN YOU TURN ON THE A/C. I DON`T RECOMMEND WHAT YOU WANT DONE BECAUSE IT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS.
