this is a dual climate control.when you turn it on it will only blow cold air from passenger side of car.is there an electrical switch or relay that operates the damper? does this car even have a damper?

Hi first check the charge, when low the driver side is warmer -   there is an electric driven motor on the case on both sides that operate pass and driver temp doors, the driver side one is just above where youre right foot heel sits when on the gas pedal about 10-12-inches up
