Well Dave, as you said, I re-evacuated the system and pumped it down for 1.5 hour and reinstalled the 134. It is a little better but not very cold. As for your questions, the compressor came precharged with 6 oz of oil and I did not add any additional oil as per the  store it  will void warranty. I have a single front unit only. Any other suggestiions on what is wrong.

HELLO ED, CHECK CONDENSER PERFORMANCE;SHOOT WATER OVER THE CONDENSER AND SEE IF THE TEMP DROPS MORE. IS THAT COMPRESSOR A REBUILT? / CHECK IF THE DRIER IS WARM TO TOUCH. CHECK IF THE EXPANSION VALVE IS COLD. I HAVE A FEELING THE EXPANSION BLOCK VALVE MAY BE OPENED TOO MUCH AND FLOODING THE EVAPORATOR WITH FREON.THAT WILL AFFECT TEMP FROM THE EVAP. CHECK AND LET ME KNOW
