Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Ticking noise after shutting A/C off, actuator, actuators

Question
I have a 94 chevy ½ ton pickup with AC. Everything appears to operate properly until the vehicle is shut off, then a loud ticking noise is heard for some time. The noise appears to originate in the evaporator housing inside the cab. Any idea what the problem may be? Thank you,

those trucks have electric door actuators that move the vent defrost door in side out side fresh air rescurculate door and temprature blend door most times i see th inside out side door actuator has stripped gears and tend to run after ign cycles off ,is the far right actuator motor in between the evap case and blower housing -hard to get too!
