Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: unusual a/c system sound, freon r134, freon gas

Question
Hi
I’m living in Iran and I really don’t know how much the capacity of my car a/c is.ý
Filter direction is correct
I have gone to several a/c repair shop and each of them said something.ý
One said that too much oil has come into the evaporator and this is the reason of the ýunusual sound.ý
Another one said that this sound is due to defect in expansion valve operation and it ýneeds to be inspected.ý
The other one said that the condenser efficiency has reduced and it needs to be flushed by ýa stream of water from out side.ý
During this summer I paid too much money for the a/c system. I paid more than 150$ and ýthere was no result.ý
Another thing which I really don’t know whether has effect or not is the Freon gas itself. ýFor saving money I did not select a good brand of f-134a, between an English brand with ýabout 34$ for full charge cost and an Indian brand with about 20$, I decided to use the ýcheaper one. I don’t know whether this is the reason for that sound or not.ý
Your reply will be appreciated.ý
Thank you.ý
