Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: a/c air movement, buick lesabre, directional valve

Question
Hi,I have a 1992 Buick LeSabre limited.My problem
is I have almost no air movement in any vent or
defrost or heat.The blower motor is good it blows
exelent.The vacume actuator for recirculating the air works.The air mix valve works.The defrost valve works.The bi-directional valve heater-a/c-
bileval also works.It is like there is a blockage
in the system to prevent air flow.You can bairly
feel any flow?This has climate control.You can hear the fan running.Help  Jerome

check the blower motor rotation if it has been replaced and this type of problem began after replacement the motor will mAKE NOISE BUT WILL NOT PUT AIR FLOW OUT BECAUSE ITS TURNING BACWARDS  also it may have leaves in the evaporator case that may be resticting air flow
