Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: up grade blower motor, ford f 150, blower wheel

I have a 1993 ford F- 150 and would like to replace the blower motor that will blower harder( move more air ) Does anyone know of a replacement from a different car or truck that might work?

Hello Gary, Just to let you know,other makes may not fit in the same housing. The blower wheel was designed for that ford dash and a/c housing. If the air is weak as it comes out of the vents it could be a clogged evaporator and or the air ducts could be loosing air as it travels outward. I`ve seen more clogged evaps that cause that problem you have.Check it out before you start changing parts.
