Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 91 olds a/c blows hot, vent system, actuator

My service station indicates the a/c is working but the system has little airflow and it comes out warm. The problem appears to be in the vent system being clogged with debris that has fallen down the tubing.the service station wanted to take the dash etc apart. is there an easier way?

Now that is one I have never heard before. I have yet in over 30 years found enough debris to cause low air flow out the vents.

get a second or third opinion.

It is more likely to be an internal actuator door that is not opening all the way or the fan is not on HIGH blower.
